- Description: Rapid Rehousing, our newest program, also serves chronically homeless and disabled adults and families. Based on the same philosophy as permanent supportive housing, the case manager helps to find permanent housing for clients as quickly as possible, serving those most in need of support. Clients also pay 30% of their income as rent, and receive case management and connections to other services as needed.
